'Woyo' has been an interesting font to create. It is perhaps the most simple of my designs, and the formula was pretty easily applied to each letter, even the 'A' and 'V' which have proved most difficult in the past. I'm not entirely sure about the colour scheme, and after discussion with Meryem we have come to the conclusion that it seems to be the purple that does not work well. It seems a little bland and too much of a pastel. We may look into making the purple stronger, or completely changing it. I think a shade of blue would work well with the orange and brown, but it may resemble another typeface too much. I also may add a few more horizontal lines to give more detail to the alphabet, I feel there is too much orange used, and it could do with breaking up slightly. I tried to vary the direction of the 'stripes' used in the central section of each letter, but when working with only one original composition this proved difficult. I may go back to alter some of the stripes if there is enough time. This particular font does not need to be that large in order to see the detail, which is good if I wanted to print it smaller.
Below is a flip book detailing each individual letter.
